Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the LendIQ API and platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. This agreement governs your use of our loan eligibility and risk assessment software.

2. Fair Lending & Compliance

While LendIQ provides decision support tools and risk modeling, the Lender remains solely responsible for final lending decisions and ensuring compliance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other applicable lending laws. LendIQ does not guarantee the performance of any loan.

3. Service Level Agreement

LendIQ provides a 99.99% uptime guarantee for Enterprise API customers. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Intellectual Property

The algorithms, machine learning models, and software infrastructure remain the exclusive property of LendIQ. Lenders retain full ownership of their borrower data and any custom rules configured within the platform.
